1. Soak in heavy fluorine oil & rinse with alcohol, and then pump air through the air drying tank to clean the chip;
2. With constant temperature control of heavy fluorine oil tank, the temperature is adjustable from 80 to 120°C, the temperature difference range is ±5°C; Open-close suction chamber structure achieves cleaning and drying in the same slot;
3.TT≤1800S；
4. The equipment can clean various types of product, and there is no need to replace the hardware. The touch panel will store product model information, and one-click call to switch models.
