1. The heat sink is fed automatically through the Tray; the foam is automatically stripped and fed through the Feeder; the heat sink and foam will be attached after CCD taking photos and positioning;
2. The size of incoming material is detected by CCD. OK product will flow to the lower station for attaching automatically, and NG product is uniformly collected by unloading mechanism;
3. The laminating position is monitored by the pressure detection mechanism in real time to ensure that the fitting will not cause material deformation when laminating;
4. After laminating, AOI will test appearance and OK&NG product will be sorted before flowing to the next station;
5. The CCD scans the Tray Barcode, binds the detection result of AOI and uploads to the SFC;
6. Equipped with Industry 4.0 standard, our factory is capable of uploading equipment production information, process parameters, abnormal alarm, Tray ID and so on to SFC system.
